As a seasoned retail professional, you'll have the opportunity to run a store as if it's your own business. You'll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing your store team to reach their full potential
  • Ensuring a safe and positive store environment that promotes collaboration and productivity
  • Driving store success by analyzing data and making informed decisions to meet targets and exceed expectations
