Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity. Based locally in Sippy Downs, this role will see you working closely with our Accounts Payable Lead and reporting directly to the Company Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently;">
  • Monitor account ageing to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy relationships with vendors;">
  • Follow up on queries and vendor issues as needed;">
  • Administer visa card and fuel card programs;">
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including stationery orders, freight, and uniform management;">
  • Provide reception cover as needed;">

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of accounts payable principles, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and prior experience in accounts payable for medium to large businesses. You should also be able to work collaboratively in a team environment with a no-fuss attitude, work autonomously to meet deadlines, and possess good communication skills.
