Senior Java Developer (Cloud and Microservices)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced developer who is passionate about cloud computing, microservices architecture, and streaming platforms. You will have the chance to collaborate with senior engineers to design and optimize database schemas, work closely with cross-functional teams to drive architecture and deployment decisions, and troubleshoot complex issues to provide innovative solutions.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for implementing and managing streaming platforms with Kafka, deploying and operating applications on cloud environments such as AWS and Kubernetes, and ensuring system security, performance, and high availability.
  • Your expertise in Java development, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms will enable you to make significant contributions to our team's success.

Requirements

  • A strong background in Java development and experience in microservices architecture is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes is required, along with knowledge of streaming platforms and data processing.
  • You should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
