Project Lead for Service Innovation

Ambitious professionals sought for a critical project lead role within our Patient Care Academy. As part of this team, you will be responsible for guiding the delivery of complex projects and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Working closely with the Patient Care Academy team and external partners to define project scope, milestones, and roadmaps.
- Supporting co-design activities, including gathering data, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in health service management.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies in the public sector and awareness of government environment issues.
- Interest in co-designed service design and implementation.
- Understanding of systems thinking and data analytics.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
