Senior Structural Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer or Senior Building Inspector to take on a leadership role within our organization.
About the Role:- Lead and develop a team of building inspectors, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
- Conduct complex inspections, applying engineering principles to real-world scenarios, and provide technical expertise to drive business results.
- Deliver internal training programs, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Own and improve quality assurance systems, standards operating procedures, and compliance documentation to drive excellence in our operations.
- A degree or diploma in Structural Engineering is preferred (minimum Registered Builder or Building Surveyor).
- Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including NCC, WA Guide to Standards & Tolerances, and AS 4349.
- Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
