About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercial Finance Analyst to join our Dexus Retail Property Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuable financial and analytical services across the Retail platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare strategic asset plans for the portfolio of retail assets, including reviewing key assumptions, cash flow modelling, and investment metric calculations.
  • Partner with the investment management and valuation teams to review valuations and provide insights.
  • Prepare and coordinate property, portfolio, and fund-level reporting deliverables.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to drive commercial insights and opportunities.
  • Carry out ad hoc analysis and participate in process improvement initiatives and system integrations.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring an analytical and commercial mindset, be agile, proactive, and showcase strong problem-solving capabilities. Ideally, you will have prior property experience as an analyst or valuer, with highly demonstratable analysis, modelling, and numerical skills, and be proficient in Excel and financial modelling.
