Join Our Finance Team

Lendi Group is a leading provider of home loans and financial services. We're seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making. You will work closely with our Finance Leadership team to analyze monthly results, develop financial models, and provide insightful financial and commercial insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making
  • Developing and maintaining financial models using Anaplan
  • Contributing to the annual budget process and periodic forecasts
  • Monitoring business and cost trends and providing insightful financial and commercial insights
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leveraging technology to improve reporting

Requirements:

  • Accounting degree with CPA or CA, or on-going preferred
  • Previous experience in an analytical role highly regarded
  • Interest in using leading technology for planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Analytical, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter with accountability and drive to identify and solve problems
  • A collaborative working style to work with finance and business stakeholders
  • Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines and operate under time pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
