To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly energetic and motivated, and have a genuine passion for working with children. You will also need to hold or be willing to obtain relevant qualifications and certifications, including a Working with Children Check (Blue card) and CPR and First Aid certificate.
