As a Team Manager, you will lead our teams across multiple stores, developing your leadership skills and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide outstanding service.

This is a full-time salaried role that requires flexibility to work across early mornings, days, late nights, and weekends.

You will be responsible for leading and developing a team to ensure all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and training team members to develop their skills in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste support.
  • Creating rosters to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered.
  • Working with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities.
  • Developing succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction.

Additionally, you will spend time working as part of the Proactive Services Team providing cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks.
  • The ability to work with other Department Managers and the Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes.
