Park Facility Lifeguard Position

We are seeking to hire a number of casual Lifeguards & Duty Managers for the upcoming peak season.

About the Role

The Lifeguards & Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to coordinate day-to-day operations of the facility with the highest regard to safety and high-quality service delivery.

You will have a passion for safety around the water, be energetic, dynamic, outgoing, and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the facility
  • Ensure safety and high-quality service delivery
  • Lead by example and inspire others
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership experience, excellent verbal communication skills, and an understanding of WHS and public safety applications within their facility.

Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience

  • Able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
