Job Role: Technical Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to install, test, maintain and repair technical equipment on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting on-site installations, testing, maintenance and repairs of technical equipment.
  • Diagnostics, troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Preparing service reports and maintaining accurate job records.
  • Liaising with clients to provide clear updates on job progress and equipment condition.
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements at all times.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • AQF Certificate IV or AQF Certificate III with two years of on-the-job training, or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • Proven experience in technical servicing, troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Candidate must be customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.

About the Position:

  • Full-time role, 38 hours per week.
  • Minimum two to three years of relevant work experience required.
