Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points in current business operations, particularly within supply chain processes.
  • Document workflows, analyse cost structures, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support solution design.
  • Contribute to shaping strategic recommendations and delivering tangible outcomes, including cost-saving initiatives and enhanced process performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis, focusing on process documentation and improvement.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps, and traceability matrices.
  • Experience conducting gap analyses and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in analysing cost structures and identifying value-driven solutions.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with IT teams to support solution development.
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting findings to both technical and business audiences.
  • Capable of producing handover documentation and supporting transition to development teams.
