Job Role

The Student Services Team offers administrative assistance and manages student service operations within our educational institution. Working closely with other teams to provide students with a high level of customer service and a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial point of contact for student inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handle complaints and resolve student concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Support other teams with administrative needs
  • Assist with general office support, such as stationery and supplies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Administrative or office support experience (desired but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, proactive and able to work independently
  • Be a dependable worker with a positive attitude
  • Completely support the values of our educational institution

Essential qualifications include:

  • A current Blue Card (Queensland Working with Children Check)
  • Right to work in Australia
