Content Scheduling Specialist

This role requires expertise in content scheduling, ideally in digital media and entertainment.

  • Acting as the primary day-to-day scheduler using specialized scheduling tools.
  • Becoming an expert in these tools and training new users as required.
  • Maintaining the flow of upcoming content available for scheduling.
  • Reviewing weekly/monthly reports of scheduled content to ensure accuracy.
  • Working closely with a Programming and Content Curation Manager on optimizing the content slate across various pipelines.
  • Supporting cross-functional communication, including briefing monthly content highlights and organizing internal staff screenings.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in content scheduling, preferably in digital media and entertainment.
  • SVOD experience is preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and software such as What's On.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Docs, with the ability to quickly learn new tools as needed.
  • PASSION AND INSIGHT INTO DIGITAL MEDIA BRANDS.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
