- You will be responsible for providing speech pathology services to clients of all ages, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Your expertise will help empower individuals to communicate effectively and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including therapy sessions and education programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and support coordinators.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including assessment reports and progress notes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in speech pathology, preferably in a community setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS and aged care frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Current SPA registration and NDIS clearance required.
