We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee our dealership's facilities and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the overall presentation, functionality, and general maintenance of our sites
  • Coordinate with trades and service contractors to schedule and supervise ongoing maintenance and repairs
  • Verify that all contractors are inducted and adhere to safety procedures
  • Monitor building systems such as stormwater tanks, air conditioning, and pressure washers to prevent potential issues
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems before they arise

Requirements:

  • Experience in trades, facilities, or property maintenance
  • Ability to manage contractors and follow up on site work
  • A practical and methodical mindset
  • NSW Driver's License (essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements
