About The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled HR generalist to provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring clients and employees receive outstanding service. You'll play a key role in supporting workers and building client confidence through onboarding, HR queries, and managing requests and milestone calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a positive employee experience across the full worker lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including contract management, compliance checks, and inductions, to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Manage and resolve requests from employees, clients, and internal teams within set service levels, using Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
- Conduct regular milestone calls with clients and workers to identify concerns, capture feedback, and build strong relationships, driving business growth and retention.
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, awards, leave entitlements, and payroll, ensuring accurate documentation and records.
- Elevate complex issues to senior HR staff while maintaining ownership of the employee experience, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Participate in reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement projects, contributing to the development of best practices and process enhancements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or staffing operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in using Zendesk or similar ticketing/customer support platforms, with experience handling high volumes of requests.
- Confidence in conducting check-in calls with employees and clients, with a solutions-focused mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic HR processes, worker entitlements, and onboarding best practice, with experience using HRIS systems.
