Retail Consultant Job Description

We're seeking a part-time Retail Consultant to join our team in a retail store environment. This role is perfect for tech-curious problem solvers looking to build a meaningful career within a market leader.

As a Retail Consultant, you'll work in a target-driven environment, focused on getting customers across the latest in tech and gadgets. You'll be continually trained up on cutting-edge technology, ensuring you're at the top of your game.

  • You'll support and provide solutions for customers using your knowledge, progressive sales approach, and consultative service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify customer needs and develop customised solutions.
  • To consistently meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
