Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of rehabilitation professionals, recognizing opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with the State Manager to foster strong relationships with preferred provider networks of employers and insurers.
- Manage a reduced caseload and assist with assessments, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality outcomes and relationships, maintaining a focus on excellence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Rehab Consultant in Occupational Rehabilitation.
- AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC registration.
- Full working rights in Australia.
