Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our preschool team in Croydon Park.

The role is a great opportunity for a kind and energetic educator who enjoys working collaboratively with children as they unfold and thrive as curious learners.

You will have knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and experience documenting children's learning.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma in Children's Services
- Experience in leading a room
- Approved first aid qualification; anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management certificates
- Working with Children Check clearance
- Child Protection Qualification
- A flexible, mature and friendly team player who is a confident communicator verbal and written.
- Understanding of child protection responsibilities as a mandatory reporter and child safe principles
- Commitment to a safe work environment
- Working and contributing to a team
- Skill and confidence in documenting children learning
- Knowledge of key educator and respectful care practices (desirable)
- COVID-19 vaccinated

Additional Information

Schedule: 10 hour shift and 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay: Performance bonus
