The Role

This is an opportunity for a compassionate and proactive Clinical Manager to oversee and support the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the organisation's leadership by being a solution-focused leader
  • Ensure the integrity of data and information available to clients
  • Participate in developing a supportive and safe working environment
  • Lead and oversee the recruitment and establishment of new staff
  • Provide strength-based supervision and leadership to the clinical team
  • Oversee the implementation of monitoring, evaluation & accountability governance
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counselling, psychology or a related field
  • Recent clinical history in domestic violence practice with solid understanding of DV crisis response requirements
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or operations management
  • Superior leadership, communication, collaboration, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Understanding of quality improvement processes
