Agile Coach Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving transformation through expertise in Agile methodologies, guiding squads in delivering top-notch energy solutions for the future.
  • Uplifting Agile practices, supporting teams in learning and adapting these practices to enhance delivery and increase value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working with Scaled Agile teams and Agile projects.
  • Exceptional capability in investigating, trialling, defining, and training others in Agile ways of work.
  • Solid understanding of Agile performance data and metrics, driving behavior and outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of Business Product Ownership and its influence on delivery teams.
  • Experience in creating consistent and carefully considered ways of working documentation.
  • Capability in owning, managing, and facilitating portfolio-level Agile ceremonies and delivery-related sessions/tasks.
  • Strategic approach to problem-solving and ability to think beyond processes or tasks.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Atlassian toolsets.
  • General understanding of Value Stream models, Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies and frameworks.
