Implementation Specialist

This is a key role in the Delivery function, responsible for managing and facilitating change across the team and its partners.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for acting as a single point of contact with stakeholders to identify and implement process and product changes that impact the team.

Key responsibilities include completing impact assessments, developing implementation plans, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to operationalise process changes.

The successful candidate will have strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
