Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support across multiple workforce management systems, with a strong focus on interpreting business requirements, documenting system enhancements, and gathering requirements for implementations.

You will work closely with the Labour Centre Manager and WFM Systems Manager to provide analytical and reporting support, as well as collaborating with System Data Analysts and a Data Analyst to deliver insightful labour reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Process Mapping Experience: You have experience mapping business processes and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Business Requirement Documentation: You can document business requirements for system enhancements and implementations, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization.
  • System Administration: You have experience administering workforce management systems, including configuration, testing, and training users.
  • Data Analysis: You possess strong data analysis skills, including SQL, and can extract and transform data for reporting purposes.
