Senior Technical Expert

This is a pivotal technical role where you will play a key part in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of an organisation's internal infrastructure.

About this role:

  • Manage and optimise enterprise systems including servers, endpoints, collaboration platforms, and identity services.
  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity controls such as multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, and access policies.
  • Support risk management and incident response activities, including backup and disaster recovery testing.
  • Act as a technical escalation point and mentor for junior staff, sharing best practices and guidance.
  • Deliver and contribute to IT/security projects, ensuring smooth rollouts and effective documentation.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
