Senior Occupational Health and Safety Manager

A strategic leader is required to drive a culture of occupational health and safety in a large and growing business environment.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational or Workplace Health and Safety, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of proven experience in delivering and operating OH&S programs, potentially across multiple workplaces.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring skills.
- Proven ability to work within an ISO-accredited organisation framework.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced work environment.
- Genuine leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in the client's occupational health and safety policies at all times.
- Guide managers and other leaders on being effective safety leaders to drive improved safety culture across the business.
- Manage the cadence of OH&S forums and meetings.
- Take overall responsibility for delivering OH&S-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the business in an ISO process framework.
- Drive improvement and innovation in business OH&S processes.
