Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Banking Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless banking experience.

As a Banking Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and goals. You will then provide tailored solutions to meet these requirements, using your knowledge of transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting customer needs through end-to-end banking services,
  • Acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver excellent customer experiences,
  • Contribute to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy,
  • Supporting bank programs and initiatives,
  • Maintaining 'know your customer' knowledge from a risk perspective,
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. A solid understanding of banking products and services is also essential.
