Role Overview

As a Banking Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting the end-to-end banking needs of our customers. This includes transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating customers on digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide seamless branch experiences for customers by addressing their comprehensive banking requirements across various channels.

  4. Participate actively in and support bank-wide programs and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology and ability to promote its use among customers.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance principles.
