We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Data Analyst to join our Data Platforms Crew. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, deploying, and testing data pipelines across various use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design data pipelines
  • Utilize data analysis techniques and domain knowledge to identify and document processes and technology
  • Elicit requirements from key stakeholders, including senior management, using various methods
  • Provide support and participate in functional and non-functional testing
  • Analyze data profiles, data lineage, and data patterns in data risk mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • Confidence in navigating group data products and data assets
  • Hands-on experience and expertise in data design, flows, data layers, and data semantics
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel skills, as well as exposure to Teradata Group Data Warehouse, Cloudera Hadoop Big Data (Omnia) platforms, Datastage, and various ETL frameworks
  • Knowledge of messaging platforms like Kafka and Ab Initio framework
  • Exposure to cloud-based data warehousing
