Skilled Automotive Technician Wanted for Workshop Team

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from $76,329.00 to $88,355.00 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation and an Adverse Working Conditions Allowance in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award.

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our Workshop team on a permanent full-time basis. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our diverse fleet of vehicles and plant equipment.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team, receive robust on-the-job training, and develop your skills in preventative maintenance programs, investigations, costing, and reporting faults/repairs.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess a TAFE Certificate of Trade in Automotive Mechanics, sound knowledge and experience as a Mechanic in the Motor Vehicle Repair Industry, and a current Motor Mechanic Tradesperson Certificate issued by NSW Fair Trading.
Additionally, you will require a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and Equal Employment Opportunities policies.
A valid Class C Driver Licence is also essential for this position.
