Job Title: Test Automation Specialist

As a senior automation professional, you will lead the development of comprehensive test strategies and plans tailored to meet project requirements.

You will oversee test execution and defect management, design and maintain sophisticated automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.

Additionally, you will mentor and guide team members, contribute to creating innovative solutions and approaches for QA proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic automation frameworks
  • Lead a team of automation specialists in an onshore/offshore model
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT/Computer Science/related discipline

Skills:

  • Strong experience in UI/API automation using Selenium (JAVA), Rest Assured, and Postman
  • Experience in BDD/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD
  • Experience in Code Coverage tools like Jacoco, JSCover, Sonar
  • Experience in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to latest trends in Quality Engineering space
  • Knowledge on GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot
