About the Role

  • This is a part-time permanent position providing care and companionship for older individuals living in their own homes.
  • As a caregiver, you will assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
  • You will also provide personal care, transport clients to appointments, and engage in social support activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, showering, dressing, and mealtime support.
  • Provide transportation for clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities.
  • Engage with clients to promote their independence and overall well-being.


Requirements

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Medication administration competency is highly desirable.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and weekdays.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is advantageous.
