Disability Support Worker Opportunity

Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disabilities? We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team, providing support to NDIS participants across Melbourne.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily tasks, community access, and recreational activities. Your excellent communication skills, caring approach, and flexibility will enable you to provide tailored support to each participant, helping them achieve their health goals and objectives.

**Essential Criteria:**

  • Legal right to work in Australia
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • National Police Check
  • Working with children check
  • Certificate in First aid & CPR (current)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Two professional references

**Benefits:

**About the Role:** This is a casual/subcontract position offering two-hour minimum shifts. As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated Relationship Managers, receiving tailored training and support to enhance your skills and career progression.

Requirements:

  • Cert 3 or 4 in Disability Services, Individual Support, Home, and Community Care
