At XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Program Delivery Manager to lead our Agile teams in delivering secure, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile teams in delivering software projects, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and fostering collaboration among team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, focusing on security integration and ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve timely and successful delivery.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging team members to share their ideas and feedback.
* Implement DevSecOps best practices to ensure security is embedded in the software development lifecycle, and monitor program progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Foster strong communication between development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment and collaboration, and support change management initiatives to drive user adoption and ensure the successful implementation of DevSecOps practices.
* Conduct regular reviews to assess program performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement, and provide recommendations to stakeholders to enhance program delivery.
Requirements:
* Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP)
* Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
* Knowledge of security frameworks and practices (e.g., OWASP, NIST)
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in leading Agile teams and managing software development projects
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
