As a key member of our organization, you will lead the implementation of CRM and ERP systems across newly acquired businesses. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless transitions and high adoption rates among office and field teams.

This role involves more than technical expertise; we are seeking an individual with a strong focus on delivery, training, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience leading end-to-end projects, delivering engaging training sessions, and acting as a liaison during integrations.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the implementation of CRM and ERP systems across multiple business units
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for office staff and field technicians
  • Serving as the primary point of contact during integration periods, resolving issues, and ensuring timely project completion
  • Creating and refining best practices, templates, and checklists to maintain consistency across rollouts
  • Providing support during on-site transitions, including data validation and go-live preparations

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in project delivery, preferably within CRM and ERP environments
  • A strong track record of leading system rollouts or business integrations
  • Exceptional communication and training skills, enabling complex workflows to be explained simply
  • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Australia for short integration periods
