Domestic Terminal Manager Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a dedicated group of professionals to deliver exceptional ramp operations across multiple terminals. Your leadership will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, where both employees and customers feel valued, supported, and recognized.

With a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, you will drive operational excellence, champion efficiency, and ensure world-class service delivery for all airline partners.

You will lead by example, modeling our core values of teamwork, care, and doing the right thing. You will build a high-performing culture, foster open communication, and achieve outstanding results.

Some key aspects of this role include:

  • Leading supervisory teams to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient ground handling services
  • Driving continuous improvement across service quality, safety, and operational performance
  • Acting as a primary contact for airline partners, maintaining strong relationships and service alignment
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across customer service and ramp functions
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, free from bullying, discrimination, and harassment
  • Achieving operational KPIs including on-time performance, baggage handling, customer satisfaction, and compliance
  • Ensuring safe working practices through proactive OH&S leadership and risk management
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in aviation or a similar fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong background in ramp operations and supervisory functions
  • Excellent organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of airline handling manuals, dangerous goods, and compliance requirements
  • Skilled in managing emergency response procedures and maintaining security standards
  • A collaborative leader who inspires, motivates, and develops teams to achieve excellence
  • Composed under pressure with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
