At Right at Home, we strive to provide exceptional care for seniors and adults with disabilities who need assistance. As a dedicated Recruitment/Compliance Officer/Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and enhancing the lives of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and compliance, as well as managing client inquiries, consultations, and onboarding. A sound knowledge of Home Care Package and NDIS is essential.

This role involves consulting with families, staff, and stakeholders to meet client needs and support the Care Coordinator and Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Ensuring Compliance with Regulations
  • Client Communication and Support
  • Staff Orientation and Training
  • Marketing and Scheduling
  • Day-to-Day Administrative Tasks

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, honest, helpful, and dependable, making them a great asset to our organization. They will also be proficient in managing scheduling requirements for community care workers and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We require a Certificate III/IV in Administration or equivalent, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources (preferred), and Certificate III in Aged Care (preferred). A current Australian National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid & CPR certificate are also essential.
