Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life every day.
About the RoleAs a Case Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of claims, providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders, and supporting injured workers to recover and return to work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and personal customer-focused service to injured workers and employers.
- Effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within legislation and compliance guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to all stakeholders and manage end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
- Offer accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities).
- Conduct claims reviews, case conferences, or face-to-face meetings with clients as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within the medical or corporate field, specialising in customer service (highly desirable).
- Experience in managing claims in the workers compensation scheme or the Safety Rehabilitation Act (SRC) (advantageous but not necessary).
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer-centric support.
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Careful consideration to detail with a high concern for accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
- Commitment to supporting injured workers with their recovery and return to work.

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
