Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and support educators to uphold service quality and excellence.

• Conduct regular home visits, risk assessments, and monitoring to ensure safe environments for children.

• Maintain accurate documentation records and reporting systems that meet regulatory requirements.

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

• Mentor and coach educators in best practices, fostering reflective practice and professional growth.

• Promote inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.
