About the OpportunityThis is a permanent part-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team on night shifts, working 75 hours per fortnight. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Ensuring compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements, and regulations.
- Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes.
- An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred.
- Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.
