Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role in our Residential Aged Care service, responsible for overseeing the clinical care operations. As a Care Manager, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE CARE PLANS THAT CATER TO THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF RESIDENTS.
  • ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS AND COMPANY STANDARDS BY CONDUCTING REGULAR AUDITS AND ASSESSMENTS.
  • MANAGE BUDGETS AND RESOURCES EFFICIENTLY TO MAINTAIN COST-EFFECTIVENESS AND QUALITY CARE.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Proven experience as a Care Manager or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Aged Care accreditation standards.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with ANNAC.
  • EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION, AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY LEAD AND MANAGE A TEAM.
