About This Position

We are committed to creating a better daily life for the many people. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all facilities and equipment within our Distribution Centre.

You will work collaboratively with teams to build strong relationships and ensure high-quality work that meets safety requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any abnormalities or incidents.
  • Implement regular preventive maintenance to maintain optimal equipment functionality.
  • Taking immediate corrective actions and preventive measures for issues identified during inspections.
  • Contribute to our sustainability agenda through all Facilities related activities.

This role requires extensive experience in Facilities Management, ideally with exposure to Automatic Storage Retrieval Systems or a similar field. You should have a strong commitment to safety and comfort working at heights, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel) and facilities management software.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Implement preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records and report incidents.
  • Coordinate external service providers to meet safety requirements.
