Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and implementing an educational program that enriches and enhances the children's lives. This will involve developing and delivering curriculum programs, assessing child development, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and education is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a high-quality educational program for children aged 0-5 years
  • Assess and report on child development and progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Participate in ongoing professional learning and development to improve practice

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Valid Working with Children Check Clearance Number
  • Child Protection course approved by NSW Regulatory Authority
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
  • Food Handler/Safety Training
  • Proven skills and experience in education and care, customer service and communication
