Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering required sales targets by motivating and supporting staff to achieve performance goals
  • Providing training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team
  • Supporting marketing strategies and educating sales staff on marketing programs
  • Representing the organization with integrity and adhering to industry and company best practices
  • Participating in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings, providing on-site support to sales employees

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong sales background, experience in managing high-volume sales teams, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. You will possess sound leadership skills, including motivation, coaching, and performance management, accompanied by effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
