Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail or agriculture (equipment industry knowledge a plus)
  • 1+ year of experience in a parts manager, service manager, or sales manager role preferred
  • Strong understanding of John Deere products and market trends
  • Excellent coaching, conflict resolution, and team development skills
  • Proven business acumen in sales, service, finance, and marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
