Personal Care Worker

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Personal Care Workers to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in Malabar NSW and surrounding areas.

This is a casual opportunity, requiring flexibility and a willingness to work on an as-needed basis. We welcome applications from motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, or other needs.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and refreshments as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • First Aid certification (HLTAID003, HLTAID011, HLTAID004 or HLTAID012).
  • NDIS Worker Screening ID or AU National Police Check.
  • Covid-19 fully vaccinated with booster.
  • Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or Nursing.
  • Comprehensive car insurance with your name as an insured driver.
  • Nsw full driver licence.
  • Car registration.
