Recruitment Coordinator (HM1) - TFT up to 12 months Malabar/Olympic Park

Employer: NSW Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network

Employment Type: Temporary Full Time up to 12 months with the possibility of extension

Position Classification: Health Mgr Lvl 1

Remuneration: $84,436 - $112,331 per annum + super

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days work-from-home) – Base office Malabar with option to work at Olympic Park

Role Summary: The Recruitment Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and system management. The role focuses on delivering a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers and contributes to the organisation's talent strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities from job posting to offer stage
  • Manage candidate communications and scheduling to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain recruitment systems and data quality
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to prioritise workload and timelines
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous recruitment experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of NSW Health policy and ROB experience is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage competing priorities
  • Transferable skills considered; genuine interest in growing in the recruitment space
Salary & Benefits
  • Base salary of $84,436 - $112,331 per annum + super
