The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, DevOps, and operations to lead the implementation of system reliability, scalability, and performance.

This role requires expertise in defining service level objectives, service level indicators, and service level agreements for reliability. The individual should be able to monitor system performance, reduce toil, and automate reliability improvements.

The main goal is to ensure production systems are reliable, performant, and scalable by reducing downtime, preventing failures, and maintaining system stability.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong technical knowledge of the technology landscape.

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.
  • Strong Azure cloud background with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) skills.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and have a positive attitude.
