Employment Consultant Role Overview

We support our clients in various aspects of their employment journey, from identifying their skills and abilities to finding suitable job opportunities. Our team works closely with local employers and community organizations to create a supportive environment for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and abilities to secure employment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Create and implement joint job plans to support clear pathways to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
