Job Description

Take on a senior leadership role as a Support Worker, mentoring others and delivering high-impact support to participants with complex needs.

  • Mentor and guide a team of support workers across shifts.
  • Provide daily living support, including personal care, manual handling, medication, PEG feeding, and mobility.
  • Manage high-risk clinical care needs, such as seizure management, bowel care, midazolam, hoisting, wound care.
  • Support participants using trauma-informed and positive behaviour practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or Mental Health.
  • 3+ years' experience in complex care, including high physical and clinical supports.
  • Confident managing hoists, bowel care, PEG feeding, and emergency response.
